AR5 or 06 Fujative

I am getting either one of these skis. I ruled out the PE as when i rode it last year it felt real heavy and long compared to other skis the same length and approx the same weight(like TM and 1080). The fujative looks so fun with the weird flex. But the AR5 has some pretty good changes. Which would be better?and which is more bombproof?

Fuji's are probably more bulletproof but in my opinon the AR5's ride better also they are a better ski out of the park

Im still afloat, i aint the captain of tha yact but im on the boat
I aint actin what im not
Knowin that i dont

i havent ridden the fuji but i have ridden the ar5 and it is a great ski. much better carver than i expected. also, dont rule out the pe's b/c they are heavy. they are super durable and just all around sweet skis.

the new pe is a sick ski. if you ski all-mtn and varied conditions, the pe is the shit

Do the fujitives get really soft after a while if your heavy?i doubt it will be much of a problem as im only 154lbs

^I doubt it, there well made skis.

^It's personnel preferance, don't tell him not to get them just because YOU don't like the graphics.

If they're the same price you might as well get the ar5's. If you ever plan on selling them, you'll get more.

AR5 is the way to go, no comparison. Lot more of a ski and better all over the mountain. I found fujative is good in park but no where else, far too soft.

the fuji graphics are sick, for that brentharlen immator bastard who disagrees.

help me get an ipod, no i cant make a little link like the others but i can post the adress,http://www.freeiPods.com/?r=11117107

And its not hard to fill out and complete, but i dont have friends

ya seriously if you cant ski a fuji in powder you suck, and i mean it may be harder, but still it aint that bad

I wish i was a gangster

whats lighter?is the AR5 very soft? I tried some scratches (red/yellow with girl on them) and they were good stiffness

The fuji is lighter than the ar5. The ar5 is torsionally much stiffer=better edge hold and flat out it rocks. When i skied fuj is was so unstable through most conditions at speed, flaps, good on nose/tail presses though but ar5 has is dialed with versatlity, sickest ski ive skied.

dude if you want a light flexible fun ski id say probably the fujative, but i havn't ridden either of them, and im sure you can get the fujative for cheaper than the ar5, i would email jibij and ask if they ship to NZ and how much it is, cus 06 fujas r only 299

the pe probably felt heavy because they had demo bingdings, which suck. K2 and Line make the most durable skis out there, and next year will both be alot cheaper thanks to out-sourcing.

is the AR5 very stiff. I love skiing soft skis cause im so light and stiff skis are boring as hell

They're not to stiff

well learn how to ski, if you cant control it learn to...i can and i suck

I wish i was a gangster

also they look so fun compared the the AR5. Its not as normal as other skis due to the unconvential flex pattern.

Fujis kick ass when it comes to buttering/tech stuff. and they're wider than the Ar5 underfoot, so they're moe stable on rails. AS for stableness, I ski in shitty conditions 24/7 at my resort, and I they don't flop around at all. Super stable on landings, lots of pop, you're going to love them.
