I was riding my new AR5s for the second time this year. I only skied for 2 hours, and not very hard, but at the end I noticed part of my base was screwed up. Now I don't mean a scrape or anything, it looked like the base had been compressed upwards along the edge about 4' foreward from the binding. In wondering if there was a gap in the core, or the base was put on wrong to begin with cause I really haven't ridden them too hard yet. Will this overly weaken the edge or actual ski if I just have it filled with apoxy or something? Also, should I try and get them replaced since their obviously defective in some way. I just don't wanna wait all season to be able to ski, but I don't wanna get screwed if they snap or the edge breaks off. Thanks

dude, when your ski compacts, it is not a good thing. I say that you take it to a ski shop.

well thats pretty tough because my hand is a lot sexier than many females-NewSkool450

Yeah, I know man. I plan on taking it to the shop, but if their like 'We'll have to send it to Armada to be examined' should I go with it, or just be like fuck it, and fill it with apoxy so I can actually ski on them this winter.

well what happens if you ride them out and blow an edge or do some damage that the warranty wont cover. then you are fucked.

if you have a digi camera take a picture of it and send it to info@armadaskis.com with as many details as possible.
