SUMMER PASS SESSION SLOPESTYLE COMPETITION

April 14th

We're closing off Paintbrush for the day to hold this event. This event is open to both skiers and snowboarders. Overall winner of each division takes home the grand prize of a Timberline Summer Season Pass. (Minimum of 20 entrants needed for each division to be eligible for grand prize).

Straight from the tline site, I made a new thread because Jim filled the other one with drunken nonsensical rants.

I will be competing just to be an extra entrant (I already have a summer pass)

oh yeah, i forgot they made juice. that shits good too. damn. one time i was high at my freind bens house and drank a whole one of those and ate a entire pack of keebler cookies. just a random little tale
 
"we just set up a sweet up rail gap tonight...we pulled our 30' "candy cane" down rail and set it as an up on the takeoff of #5 in paintbrush. The jump mound has a sweet tranny with a gap of about 28' from the end of the rail to the nuckle, which may be adjusted depending on how it works....It will be the last feature in the slopestyle contest on saturday, which will be super fun......check it out, and as always, give input!"
 
im fuckin stoked on this, so if we dont get 20 skiers, do we get merged with snowboarders or what?
 
oh man...i want to hit a rail set up like that so badly...mammoth hardly set any of their jibs up this year.
 
shiiiit, i love up rails, that sounds rad, kinda scary, but still fun. shit, if it doesnt rain its gonna be such a rad day, what else is up so far?
 
there was 3 jumps that were barley clearable then a really fun step up, then a flat box, then a 20 sum foot up rail to 25 foot gap. then there was a really shity s box that i fell on and hurt my hip and went home early cuz of, then there was a down rail with a fat donkey dick on it, then there was an s rail witch i liked, then a really rad s-coaster rail. then a kinda sketch wallide. it might have gotten better later in the day, people are probably still skiing it.
 
The park was really sick today, everything was easily clearable

Where were the people from bachelor!?

Is a potential summer pass not appealing??
 
teef won it, and apparently there wasn't enough skiiers there to give away a summer pass so they gave a spring pass instead

I'm givin that spring pass to DLITE if they let me transfer it. That way we can SHRED THE GNAR
 
haha yeah a few urbans and about 50 less pounds than everyone else didnt help. Thanks for the binder fix.

I'M JUST PISSED I COULDN'T RECRUIT 20 FOOS TO SHOW UP TO THIS THING... WTF???

It was pretty funny in practice when we were all kinda droppin in right after each other, all the snowboarders were like "wtf, i didn't know skiers could do that shit" and the bottom judges were telling me that scott and i got the best rail scores out of anyone, skier and snowboarder. I chuckled to myself and was thinkin "yea, inyofacee!"
 
Chris, I can completely hear you saying that, too. D-lite was there? Weird, I briefly met him two years ago when I was living up there and then again last year, I think.

Anyway, how many skiers competed? The snowboarders at Hood almost always underestimate skiers, but I honestly can't really blame them with the number of skiing gapers that head up there. Give more details, damnit Chris. Seriously no Bachelor people showed?

I had to go up to Vancouver (BC). There was an issue with my dog killing another dog 1.5 times his size... and some other bullshit, ugh. My license may potentially be suspended on June 20. FUCK.
