I didn't read any of this thread but I did just switch from an iphone to a galaxy s5. It took me about two weeks to get used to the different layout but I actually do like Android more.

Same. But it is NOT durable. It fell from my pocket on Friday (with a case on it) and now my screen is forever fucked

Thats literally how every phone is, if you drop it just perfectly the screen will shatter.

I don't know what you mean by fanboy and I bought an iPhone 4s and the only reason I bought it is because it's compatible with every music player. I really don't spend too much of my time researching things on electronics.
