Apparently theres an active shooter in a mall in NJ

It's not hard to reload a firearm quickly. Again, most of the gun laws only affect law abiding citizens who are going follow them. With the amount of 30 round magazines in circulation, it wouldn't be hard for someone to get a hold of them. Perfect example is the LAX shooter. California bans magazines over 10 rounds, he was using 30 round magazines. That didn't stop him.

Side note- A 30 round magazine is not "high capacity."
