App is freezing frequently

I’m on a iPhone 11 and about every time I use the app it will randomly lock up and freeze and I’ll have to close the window seems like it’s been getting more frequent lately too

iPhone XR checking in. Same issue. Must be a bug in the iOS app
 
Sorry, this is something we've investigated on many occasions. Unfortunately, we haven't been able to replicate it in a way that is reliably predictable, and therefore unable to identify the cause. What are you guys in the middle of doing specifically when if freezes? Scrolling through forums? Reading an article? Trying to watch a video?
 
Seems to freeze when scrolling forums but that is the majority of what I do, have also found that the new karma leader board is a hot spot as many times I will open it and it will display the list then let me scroll once and freezes
 
It typically happens for me when scrolling within a single thread. I haven't experienced crashes watching videos, writing posts, or scrolling through the list of forums.

Yeah this I should’ve clarified about threads
 
The app crashes me when trying to upload a photo to a thread I make. Went to make the thread on desktop and the upload button is unresponsive.

I have the same phone, same ios, same freezing problem. It occurs most frequently when thread are loading either from the menu bar or the alerts. Scrolling down happends but less often. Sometimes it freezes at the main page. The grey top bar is there but unresponsive and a white page with a loading logo goes on forever.

I still have a 6 it freezes all the time. If it doesn’t crash and restart I will just open gmail or some other app to prompt a reboot.

unrelated complaint but just recently my alerts button is pinging for every new post in the forum, usually it was just when I was quote replied-I figured it was a settings issue but it’s not obvious to me which box turns this off. Suggestions appreciated

Go to the forum that you are getting alerts for and next to "new thread" there is an eye button. Click that and it should turn it off the alerts (:
