Apex Ski/Snowboard boots

just seen the shop i work in will be carrying these boots this year, has anyone had any experience with them?

they look pretty interesting

Brighams are stocking them? That will be warps doing haha.

Its an interesting concept but it's not a ski boot haha. I have fitted a few and you can do barly anything. It's a snowboard boot so you can't really change it much. The frame that wraps it is not going to give muc stability. Even in the shop the thing was twisting. They are not for skiers. Tey are for those whis tourists who buy bognor and pretend to ski.
 
lol they were at our shops demo day last year and I tried them. they're crazy overpriced for what they are and there is absolutely no performance value in it at all. shits useless in my opinion haha

Not to mention that they have the longest BSL per mondo point in the history of the world- they are at least 20mm longer per size than a normal ski boot. Why anyone would want a bigger deadspot on their ski is beyond me, but then again people who this genuinely appeals to have no idea anyway.
 
They should rent these out at the ski shop I work at, too many people come down to lease skis and boots and measure a 26.5 and end up with a 28.5
