AP Exams

No I totally agree, the content was super easy. I meant vicious by the fact that I thought my hand was going to fall off after the essays. I write small and I wrote 8 full pages. I guess I should have clarified what I meant.

people at my school say that US is easier than Euro.

i rock at US history though, and i actually find it interesting.

i'm hoping its not going to be that much of a burden to me next year, after all its junior year..

^^^^Yea true, the writing gets tiring.

And i've just come to the conclusion, i am going to get anally penetrated by the stat exam. chi squared tests anyone? goodness of fit? fuck my life?

haha, i know

im not even studying for it anymore; theres no way in hell im going to get the 4 i need to get credit at my college

so glad i'm done with those; HOWEVER, I highly recommend that you take them very seriously for you are able to gain credits in college that will allow you to bypass requirements. I know psych and some english classes here at uvm are tough and i don't have to take them because of my AP credits, so you can take classes you actually care about.

haha me too. i think ill do ok on the multiple choice and dbq but im gonna get raped on the free response if its a topic i dont know

I'm taking Calc AB and English Comp. Happily I didn't have to take the Gov test today because my college doesn't accept the credit. I'll be so glad when calc's done though.

college in the high school credits are actually infinitely more useful than AP btw, my AP credits were worthless lmao~

feedback on the stat exam? i thought the free response problems were mad easy, but i didnt have enough time to really finish all of them. multiple choice was decent

can someone explain the point of high school AP classes? i went to 3 different high schools... the last one didn't even have grades... and i got into UVM

i guess if you're going for an Ivy League there might be some value in it

its for college credit, so you take the class during high school so you don't have to take it in college, where it tends to be a lot harder

Just got out of AP Euro. I thought the mult. choice was kind easy, the DBQ and thematic essays sucked. I wrote prolly the worst 3 essays of my life because i didnt know any of them. o well glad its over!!

wow, i honestly havent even heard of half these classes in high school that you guys are taking ap classes for. my school only offers calc ab, spanish, french, and euro history. i took calc on wednesday and didnt think it was that bad until the non calculator free response questions. out of the three of them i filled in one slope field, and then wrote a paragraph about how boring particles are moving along a line and instead should be greyhounds racing or donuts being rolled.

I had the AP euro exam today, I ended up not showing up and just enjoyed the nice weather, burned a spliff. Where I'm going next year doen't even take them, and I literally know dick all about European history, stupidest course ever. Canadian History and American History are both way better, I officially hate French people.

AP Euro was.. eh. HTe multiple choice was good the DBQ was awful and the free response was ok.

haha yeah i didnt even remember learning about that it was such bullshit. i had 2 body paragraphs and my thematics werent much better

haha all i remembered was that martin luther was pissed about it and said that they shoudlnt have. but thats not enough for a full dbq. whatever its not like it really matters

yeah i dont even care iw asnt ganna take it to begin with but my teacher was like yeah im using the essays as ur final... so im fucked

how is she gonna do that? the essays go to college board and you dont get the results till like the end of june or something...

for calc AB, i thought it was pretty easy. i was really scared, but the multiple choice seemed so easy. free response sucked because im not too good with Ln and e but other than that it wasnt horrible. so much easier than i thought itd be. i have psych on tuesday and thats gonna be a joke, so easy

ha, you could actually hear my whole class go "what?!" when read the DBQ for euro. I also loved that 1 mult. choice question that asked about Sweden in the 1930s. Seemed to come out of nowhere.

it was social reform though. i knew that one. there was some random ass battle of something or other real early on in the test that i was like WTF? for

yeah, i died on the free response. on one, i said that i really had no idea what to do, and just pleaded for points. i really hope it works.

and what the fuck are antilogs? i also completely spaced on differentials.

im not taking any AP classes, but I am taking the SAT Subject Tests Literature and US History, which I've heard are similar to the AP tests.

AP Euro was a bitch and a half for the multiple choice fuckign bitch who was giving the test didnt say we could leave shit blank and not get points off so i guessed

the essay i didnt see that coming but was so easy to bs i wrote a killer one just using the documents

the free response the one bout the cold war was easy

then the other one ig ot lazy and was like fuck it wrote a page about antisemitism

Done: AP Eng, AB Calc, US Hist

Tues: AP Chem

calc was easy but eng and history sucked cuz they're like 2 hrs of writing essays

I thought Statistics was easy. I thought I might get a 3 cause I never studied at all cause I'm graduating this year so it doesn't matter at all. But I think I probably got a 4 on it.

Haha my thoughts exactly. I destroyed the multiple choice section, especially when I could use my calculator. But when the free response came it was game over for me.

But on a side note AP English was just as gay as I thought it would be. I can write about almost anything but force me to write about shit I don't care about and you're getting a terrible essay from me.

its a good excuse for not having a strong gpa.... if i didnt take ap's(which i took 3 last year and 5 this year) i would still have an average gpa and my parents would not be pleased.

i thought that the AP US History wasnt that hard. my teacher prepared us with a ton of essays. we had to do one on every test in like 20 minutes. i think i nailed those. there were a few gay multiple choice questions tho. good thing you can just not answer 10 haha. i was only worried about the multiple choice going in tho and thought i did pretty well.

his existential beliefs vs. their concern for life? i read that book, but it was so long ago that i didnt even bother sparknoting it the night before for a refresher

that was all about the industrial revolution and the different inventions made to increase production in the south which then shipped all the raw materials to the north and therefore increased the rate of production of the newly growing industry in the north.

my school got an extension on the AP Euro test. anyone know if the DBQ's or free response questions are the same for both deadlines? if anyone remembers the exact topics for each, could you let me know what they are?
