Has anyone taken these kinds of courses before? and if so are they worth while? The major worldwide test is it hard?? Im not to sure if it's worth the UNiversity credit. it is cool to have 1 less course to take in University.. but.. i dunno

I'd take them, they wont be as much work as real uni courses, and the teacher will not be some asshole profesor. It will be tuffer than anything else u've done, but worth it in the end. make sure u do good in it tho. Maybe only take AP in courses that u really enjoy, as well as achieve in.

Good friends tell you about the time they nailed that broad....BEST friends reach over, tag your hand, and say 'YOUR TURN'

The most unfair thing about life is the way it ends. I think the life cycle is all backwards. You should die first, get that out of the way, then go live in an old folks home, then you should get kicked out for being too healthy, go collect your pension, then on your first day at work you should get a gold watch. You work 40 years until you are young enough to enjoy your retirement, you go drinking and partying, then get ready for high school. You go to elementary school, become a kid, you play, you have no responsiblities, you become a little baby, you go back and spend your last 9 months floating around in a spa and then you finish up as an orgasm!

I didn't really put 2 and 2 together in high school . . . you really do get credit for AP classes and each one you pass is one less class you have to take in college, a bunch of my friends are technically sophomores in high school after only one or 2 quarters in college

Red: 'I do. I smoke weed all the time. And I took a shower earlier. What am I? A fucking superhero? That's plenty.'

make that 'sophomores in college'

Joe: 'Red, do something with your life'

Red: 'I do. I smoke weed all the time. And I took a shower earlier. What am I? A fucking superhero? That's plenty.'

I was told not to take an AP course this year so I took an honors instead. MY stupid school and teacher made my honors class about 50x harder than the AP. SO next year im not listening to what they say. Im takin an AP no matter what the said. Its probally just my stupid school though!

I say take it. The few AP courses that I took in High School were easier than the same course for regular credit. I think the teachers thought that if we were in the class then we were good students and have worked hard so they gave us a break.

im taking ap clac, ap bio, n ap macro next year. i think they are a lot harder than normal classes in my school, but it looks good on your transcript and if u do decently on the test, you get college credit.

AP rocks the cazbah- although it's hard, it's really worth it; and if you're a dedicated student then it really isn't even all that hard. I'm loading up on them next year, although all my school offers is AP Calc and AP English. Dual-credit is a great option, too; correspondence courses, also. There are so many ways go get college credit these days, you almost don't even have to go to college.

If you have the 'im at school so I might as well learn' mentality do it, if not don't waste your time. People I know taking AP are swamped, I have not done work for a month or two.

I'm a sophomore, and I took AP physics this year, and I'm taking AP calc and IB classes next year. They're seriously not that hard, the only thing that's kinda tough are the tests, because you have to study for them. But other than that, there is nothing to worry about. Weighted grades kick ass too.

all my classes are AP but im in middle school. they seem like they're gonna help and im guarenteed into this good high school...i think i'll take a couple next year when they actually count towards college

tom to nick- 'so what time is this skiing for you?'

nick to tom- 'my 1st time'

me to nick without tom there- 'so how did you do with your first day?'

nick to me- 'i fell alot' *pouts*

nick to his friend ian when he doesn't know im listening- 'yeah see last weekend i went skiing and i went down this TRIPLE black diamond! it was like sheer ice!'

me to tom and tom to me- 'hahaha! he's such a liar'

it costs 80 bucks to take the ap test, which can save you like 700 dollars per credit in college. if you get 3 credits for the test, then your save 2100 bucks, its worth it, and you can take and easy semester than

I couldnt take ne AP's this year so i took latin II and Anatomny+Phisicialogy~My senior year im gonna take AP Bio, AP Cal, AP English and AP Physics and prolly latin III~I would take AP history but im gonna drop it because i cant stand it

Trying is the First Step to Failure.~Homer~

haha latin. not many people take classics. next year im taking ancient greek IV. translating the illiad from homeric greek to english is so much fun!! (sarcasm)

Well, I dunno. I think that SOME AP classes are worth it, but not all. So far I've taken 6 AP classes, and yea, I kinda regret it. I took Ap Bio and AP European History sophomore year. Bio was good since I think i'm gonna be some sort of bio/science major in college, it wasn't too bad either. Euro tho, that was a bunch of bull, I just slept through that class (it was all reading, 80% of your grades was tests 20% pop quizzes). This year I'm taking calc, french IV, stats and physics. AP classes aren't a big deal anymore, but I guess I'm lucky since we offer so many. I'll probably be taking more next year, whatever, I'd rather take autoshop or something.
