Anything in Michigan Worth traveling to yet?

Went to crystal Friday. Talked to the park crew. A couple of the dudes are real nice.

They told me Basin St park would be built, and more jumps would be put in tucks park. Its monday evening and no basin st park, no more features in tucks. Typical Crystal.

Point of my story, go to boyne, nubs, schuss in northern MI. and PK and Cburg in lower MI.

Our jump line at Cannonsburg should be finished within this week, Im expecting 15, 30, 45. Monster City Park just opened on Saturday.Don't forget about our Thursday Night Sessions which is a free event. Its a jam format where you session certain features with homies and win stuff for doing something ill. Everything is real fun so make sure to stop by!

Instagram from the bottom of City Park. Hard to see but you get the idea.

Perfect North had their usual park setup. Small jump at the top, speed roller then a side by side jump set at the bottom. Rails around the side.

Going up north next weekend.

I was at alpine saturday. they actually had some pretty nice features setup.

Small Park:

-20 foot flat box or A frame

-tiny c box or nice sized rainbow rail

-small cannon rail or barrel bonk

-15 foot jump

Big park:

-Flat round rail or down box

-bunch of random bonks/pole jams/mini jumps

-25 foot mellow rainbow box or 30 foot jump

-25 foot jump or cannon box

-30 foot round flat rail (my favorite feature)

-sketchy half pipe

-mini urban setup

Yeah right now alpine>holly and brighton, still havent hit pk up but hollys park was not too good imo yesterday.

Pk is the best according to the inspired crew. It seens like management treated them well to with the private park

PK is the best, as always.

PK has a lot of younger annoying skiers.

PK has the most variety of jumps and rails/boxes.

Holly has the most skiers and best vibe.

Holly's features are old.

Alpine has shitty management and uncomfortable lifts.

Alpine has all snowboard set up features.

Alpine is in White Lake - hahahah

-This is true

-Can't beat a 20 minute drive though! I love knob and holly, but the 2 hours of driving make it tough.

Hope everyone can survive this warm up.

To be fair, ill add a little.

Holly has the high speed, awesome for lapping.

Holly's rope is nice

Pineknob: good spots for parks

Pineknob: Timberline's rope is a nightmare

Pineknob: Dedicated spot for jumps, both good and bad. It gets its own lift as well.

Alpine: great features, just not setup very well.

As said before, slow ass anoyying lifts.

Thats where they changed this year, everything is setup pretty damn good. If management would blow some snow for the rope park we would have a better rope park than holly/brighton. Cant say anything for pk tho.

Anyone want to go out to cburg with me Friday morning? I haven't skied park in 2 years (injury), it would be nice to get back into it, though I will suck

hmm, i might be down, i dont have friday classes. Well see how the rest of the week plays out with weather/conditions

Looks like snow for thurs fri sat and I think my buddy and I are going to pk Friday. Your welcome to jump in my car
