Anyone's travel plans affected by this Iceland volcano?

So who's flying to Europe or trying to fly around Europe?
I counted around five Air France, Lufthansa, and Swiss planes sitting on the ground here, nobody's getting across the pond right now, apparently. I was supposed to fly out yesterday, but I'm stuck here for a week.

 
My freind was leaving to go to Paris, she eneded up staying overnight at the airport in a hotel, but couldnt get a flight the next day so the trip was postponed until July.
 
my cousins flight from scotland to ireland was cancelled because of it.
O well, it's better than trying to fly through volcanic ash.
 
i was tracking something i shipped and at the top of the page it said al packages coming from overseas will not be making it any time soon, iceland is blowing it for everybody right now
 
i just dont get it, maybe i am expecting too much, but i live in austria, was on our highest mountain today and couldnt see shit. you would think that something that delays every single flight in germany and austria would be visible
 
my mother is a flight attendent and she was on a layover in london and has been stuck there since tues. not sure when shes comming back. at least we have family out there so she has someone to stay with and hang out!

ingenious idea, we will fly reverse. So if I want to fly from Boston to London, I will instead fly to San Francisco, then Hong Kong, then land in Bagdad and drive in from there. because a volcano ain't got shit on me imo
 
Well for your fucking information, we're actually trying to find the home of Ingolfr Arnarson. He was the first settler in Iceland and if we find his home, we find out more about him as a person. We know it's in Reykjavik, but no one has ever found out exactly where.

I was on the Ziyaret Tepe site with the University of Akron.

 
i trust you. i believe your words are true, serious, but in your first post you said something about cataloging flora in iceland???

inconsistent story is inconsistent.
 
i was due to fly to london this morning but the flight got cancelled and since Dubai is is so fucking popular i cant get another flight for 2 weeks. Fuck Iceland
