Anyone whos had swine flu...

how long does it last? i was feeling a bit shity yesterday and todays its full blown and shity. And because i have no signs of the complications, dizziness n stuff they won't give me the antibiotic
 
When i had it the symptoms were pretty bad for about 3-4 days but I've had a bunch of congestion for the last 3 weeks since ive had it. It really varies person to person though
 
Same for me on a slightly smaller scale. The first and second days were by far the worst but the sore throat/congestion doesn't go away for another week or so
 
I'm just getting over it now. I left school Monday and wasnt in school for the rest of the week. It was the sickest i felt ever. The fever, headaches, and stomach aches lasted until yesterday for me. Now its just the soar throat and congestion. The soar throat sucks so bad though, like mine feels worse than strep. I also threw up a few times, but i dont think that happens with everybody. GOOD LUCK
 
I had swine flu and felt like shit for like 4-5 days, but then I got pneumonia and the swine flu symptoms came back and I was sick for like another week. It sucked.
 
i didnt have swine i dont think, but i was away from school for a week with the flu. I was so fucking dizzy it was redic. everytime i coughed i could feel my throught ripping apart and this gargling shit in my lungs
 
on the last fucking leg of it. I honestly want to kick every swine right in the fucking head right now. but at least i didnt puke, just missed 2 exams and a week of important-ass classes. fuck
 
first of all it's not an antibiotic. Second of all, I'm pretty sure they test to see if you actually see if you have swine flu-- if they aren't giving you tamaflu, then you probably tested negative. Which really means you're just bitching hella about the regular flu. I wouldn't make a big production of it.
 
well my doctors office isnt even letting people come in if they think they have H1N1. Its pretty easy to tell if you have it, as its much more severe than the normal one. Its also more common than the normal flu right now, so most likely people arent "bitching" about the normal flu.
 
i'm worried i might have it...i just have a really bad cough now and i feel slightly out of it
no fever though...i really hope it doesn't develop into anything so i can't go skiing tomorrow
 
mine felt like a migraine at first... i didnt get the cough until like 3 days in so you are probably fine
 
i was out of school for 4 with a sore throat, temp, headache, and cough, stuck on a couch, its not that fun.
 
i got a sore throat on thursday night, then fridya night i woke up and i was colder then i have ever been, put on a sweater and pants and a toque to sleep. saturday was the worst day of my life, i was in bed all day and it was terrible - fever, flemmy coughs, fever, headache, soar throat, body aches

woke up today feeling a lot better, hopefully its almost gone
 
i had it for two days basically just drink a shitton of water///acai juice and youll be fine in a few days.

I started to experience symptoms on a Monday night. By Thursday I was pretty much feeling better, but it really didn't hit me that hard. My fever was only high for the first day of it, after that it dropped and eventually went away.
 
havent seen you in a while...

i had it i think. i was sick as hell for like 2 days, after 2 days of bulid up, burned that shit out with a fever on the fif day.
 
dear god i was okay this morning, now it's just TERRIBLE

-cough

-sore throat

-major temperature regulation problems

-pretty sure i have a fever

-muscle aches

-headache

and i have to pee but im worried i'll fall in the toilet because im so dizzy
 
yeah i was in bed from last saturday to thursdayish.

It SUCKS

Really bad fever, (resulting in some dirrty hallucinations)

Light cough,

Headache/Bodyaches,

NO appetite

SOooooo tired.

oh well thats jacked. Our Doctors are at least allowing people to come in and get tested.
 
WOW! with all ive researched. I dont know how you're all still alive? i thought this was the new plague. hope yall got your shots coz i didnt! atleast the rest of the moronic population is safe! feel free to hate if i die from the swine! but somehow I highly doubt it!!!!
