Yes real ones are horiz. and like bermbuster said, all the counties in hologram.

and good luck making a fake PA license. there are other states that are far, far easier to fake than PA with it's 846075836 holograms all over the place. looking at my license, the holograms are at least three layers deep on the front, and on the back, there are three different barcodes and a magnetic strip that would all have to match up with whatever info you put on the front.
