im pretty sure there is a law saying that the name of a minor is not allowed to be said concerning a criminal act. anyone know more information about this law. its about my friend. i cant tell you the circumstances but maybe if someone knows a real lot they can pm me and i can.

I dont know it in detail any more than you do... but I can confirm that that does apply in Canada at least.

if you are a minor and are involved in a criminal act, which means you are under 18, your name can not be published on tv or in the newspaper... but without more info i cant really help you out
