Anyone who goes to mad river

word on the street is they got some guy from mammoth, and its SUPPOSED to be good. but my question, is who the fuck comes from mammoth to mad river? ive heard shit like this in the past, and i will be very skeptical until i see some solid proof. i would love for it to happen thou, could you say terrain park wars? we could end up with some REDICULOUS stuff locally if there was serious competition between snowtrails and mad river.

all that being said, this isnt the first time mad river has Promised gold, only to put out pot metal. i highly doubt it will be all that great, and i can garentee Snowtrails will not dissapoint.
 
couldnt have said it better my self.. last year there thing was the new jump run... they said there would be a 30- 40 ft... followed by a 60... welll there was a 20 ft and 15 ft side by side wit no lip.... it just isnt fun lookin forward to sumthin that isnt gonna happen so thats y im goin to snowtrails
 
yeah i went down to mad river one day last year cuz u no new places are always fun i had a good time but i was talking to the guy who "builds" the rails and claims he was amking a 30 stair rail which now that i've herd all the backround info of madriver is prolley total bullshit so snowtrails it is :)
 
i've gone to mad rive for ever...and i like skiin there but the park blows it would be sweet if they had a great park but i duno if its ever gunna happen...so snowtrails it is..
 
Yeah.. It's one thing to have a new dank cat, but it's another to know how to drive it, and make shit. There was all that hype surrounding JD (tool) and he was supposedly a digger from Windells.
 
Yeah, it is all going to be speculation until MRM gets open. I do know they are excited about the new hire and the new cat. Just hoping they get it together for a decent park.
 
There's absolutely no reason they shouldn't have a sick park. They throw tons of space and shit into their park, and there are like 100 little park rat punks who are there. The MWX had like 80 people in the Am. Board rail jam. They should make it sick.
