Well it's the "dream job" and he always went on how "Colbert Report" Colbert was just a nuanced character. I mean, he did go through and shat on Obamacare way back when. When you move to Late Show, the PC comes in and the character is null. I'm glad Conan didn't get the gig after all.

I enjoyed the Colbert report though, kinda sucks to see censorship ruining his show slowly now.
