Anyone want to live in Summit?

as per my post in the france chalet, current probation situation might tend to be too much of a mega hassle to make it out to colorado this year =(

but im still gonna try and figure out whats posible, depnding on where i live for the next few months and how cool my probation officer is and such. and if summit county even allows me to transfer it from ny/nj

but do still keep me in mindddd i need to fucking ski for real asap
 
Ill be heading out to summit sometime in the next month to find a job and place to live.

I wouldn't mind finding a house and getting some roommates.
 
i want to move down there but i am going to school 1st semester and wouldn't be able to move there untilll mid December is that to late?
 
It all depends, but then again I haven't been looking all that much. I mainly wanted to see if anyone in CO wanted to live in Summit since I'm about 1500 miles away. It's hard to look at places when you are that far.
 
I anyone finds a place in Breck and is after roomies then give me a PM, I am arriving in Breck on the 30th October, just in time for haloween, sick...
I will be good for rent from when you move in.

i'm currently living in CO, and i'm looking to move up to summit..i was browsing and found a 3 bed place for like 700'ish a month...kind of steep but it's a start...if i had an idea of how many rooms/people want a place i could do some better searchin...

back in breck for good (rest of summer, fall, winter, eternity) etc.... haha

going to start hunting very soon for a place starting october 1st. currently unemployed so I kinda need a job to help me survive till winter work...but got my august and sept rent paid off! wee.

an fyi, I am really only looking in breck, nothing frisco or silverthorne. although i have a car, its up there in miles and I like being close to town and the mountain. so if that sounds good to you, then holla at me. keepin my eyes peeled at the paper, craigslist, and anything my friends may know about.
 
im thinkin i might want to live in summit county this winter...

i can go out to Golden, CO in late september or october where i went to school last year and couch surf it there until I find a place. If i decide to go back for the fall semester i could try to find a place in december but i dont know, im thinkin it might be hard to find a place once the resorts have already opened...

Location: Breck only

Price: 4-500 per month

Move-in: October 1st

Duration: At least 1yr lease.

Pets: not really, will be harder to find a place, and I dont have any myself

So my Visa failed but i'm still coming, 6months of skiing breck, key and everywhere epic pass based resorts with absolutely no work hahaha... Oh it's going to be so good.
So yeah, I am still looking for somewhere to stay and am keen to get it all sorted out. So if anyone can help me out then it'll be amazing or if anyone has something sorted and needs housemates then get at me. I'll be arriving in Denver on the 28th october, crashing at somewhere in Boulder for a night, need to pick some stuff up from Jibij and then I'll be in Breck on the 29th, ready for Halloween...

I have someone else coming over who is also looking for some where to live, same sort of time and we'll happily room share or whatever to bring the price down, providing the room is a fairly legit size.

The cheaper the better but let me know if you have anything in mind. I'm looking forward to this so much and would love to hook up with some NSers and cook you some sick chow.

any news? anyone already found a place to stay? I really want to move to the Breckenridge area for the coming season. I plan on arriving in early November and to stay till end of april. If anyone is already in CO, and has found a house, please give a shout. I'm willing to move in :D Problem with me is, that i can't search four a house, beacuse i'm in Germany atm.
