Anyone need a roomie? Anyone want to live in Summit? Anyone want the enjoyment of my company? August/September to whenever. I plan on staying in CO for the rest of my life, but for the moment I am living FL...ugh. Inexpensive rent is a must, and I really don't mind a bunch of people. I lived with 4 guys for three months in Boulder. I can handle it again.
 
CO is dope, dont get me wrong. i just dont know if id go as far to say i will live there forever. the world is huge. skiing can take you there.
 
Thats funny, I live in Summit and I came from Florida also. I only have a 1bd though. Rental prices up here are SO SO SO expensive now!
 
Yeah, there is a guy at Keystone who is from Boca Raton, and I dated a guy that worked at Keystone who was from St. Pete. I'm from the Tampa area.

Anywho...

I am really getting desperate with this. You would think more people would be jumping to move to Summit, but then again the economy isn't so great. I also posted on Craigslist, but I didn't get any responces. When I get home tonight I will check my email (I'm in CT right now).
 
post in nsg because most of the people in the CO forums already live in colorado, maybe not in summit but if someone is looking to move out west from east coast you can hit them up.
 
Our economy hasnt really been hit hard up here as of yet. Maybe a bit in Denver, but not so much West of the tunnel. Also, right now is when everyone is out of town due to mud season.
 
ha SO SO SO cheap compared to what i pay to share a 4br! i'd consider it a bargain there to some other places you could live.
 
so you pay more than $1000 + utl for your share? Most 1bd's here are like $1200 now. thats not including utls
 
Me and a bro are looking to move in to Breck over winter, middle of october until late may, so if you end up looking there then drop me a line. Looking to spend like 500-600ish each a month.
 
6month would work for me, bum around for a bit will be no problem.

I pay 1500 per month, and its a 2 br. and we have 4 ppl. Dang i lived in summit for 600 per month for a 1br. just last winter. Maybe look harder?

yeah still, i got hooked up in Alma, its worth not living directly in Summit. And at one point I was actually in Summit for a month or two and still only paying about 600 for both.... on my wonderful, non paying salary :)
 
im in jersey, workin in manhattan, bout to move to manhattan just for shits for the summer and early fall

then, im headin west, for the first time, and also need a roomate. thinkin breck as well, shit i need snow.
 
uh, i may be lookin to find a new place in breck starting in october. lease is up for mine end of sept....and hoping to find somethin a bit more affordable. dunno if anyone else was thinkin of something around then....just putttin it out there.

Well, I was actually praying someone in CO would want to find a roommate. Shopping for housing in FL is really hard. I'm a good kid. Ask anyone.
 
hahah im just kidding. I'm sure anyone who loves to ride/ski as much as I do, I can certainly get along with, so no worries.

but yes, shit, i wanna move so bad right now. just gotta keep workin while i can in the city to make some loot so i dont gotta do shit in CO except ski and eat and sleep.

moving there? I already live there/here! I just need a diff place / price.....700 a mo is kinda hurtin on a park crew budget. Cooler roommates would certainly be a plus too..haha
 
Well, if you all want to fill up a house...I'm down. I've already lived with a house full of guys in Boulder. It was chill. But the key word is "chill". Chill, mature and not flakey.
 
Yeah I'm in, hell keen to a pad with some NSers.I'm in England though so can't do much looking about but could front up some security cash when needed and advanced rent and stuff. Flight booked for 27th October, Haloween in the US, sick...

I'm gonna be working kids ski school. haha But I get off at 2 so park everyday.
 
Well, I was thinking of Katinka but she isn't slutty enough so I need help deciding. Should I bring my old Razor Scooter with me to CO?
