DO NOT USE WINMX. After a certain period of time has passed, it installs a shitload of spyware and adware on your comp. The programs are very difficult to find and destroy, too.

i use bearshare if i feel like free shit, but for cds i want and such i use iTunes with my Ipod

kazaa screwed up my computer wicked badly. it installed a ton of spyware and there were millions of viruses. It sucked. I use Winmx now, and its working alright. better than spending money, I say.

Yeah WinMX is clean. Kazaa however has tons of spyware and adware.

winmx is slow and usually the file your are trying to download is not avalible. I juse Bit torrent and Soulseek and i never download anything but full albums
