Anyone still make die cuts?

Hoping this is the right forum for this. Looking to get a big sticker made for my parents for christmas. Our pontoon boat doesnt have a name on it yet. Would like it to be somewhere around 30" long and 24" tall, but lemme know what your restrictions are with your equipment.
