Anybody ski on 190 madtrix (2002-2003)

I find they wear me down by the end of the day being a big set of boards.

I'm 5'11 190lbs and a pretty strong skier.

Just getting back into skiing after 6 years away from it. The last pair of skis I used were the original F9 at 205 (awesome skis buy the way)

I'm really liking the madtrix but for skiing deep snow chutes and spinning I find they just where me down feel like a big pair of boards.

 
yeah, madtrix are a pretty solid ski for sure. maybe a fatter ski would be more forgiving. Pistols are pretty light considering their size and are really versatile skis, but i think most companies make good fat twins. you could probably go a little shorter than the 190s for example but with a shorter wider ski you would still have same surface area (and all the benefits) but it would be easier to handle.
