anyone Scratch warranty?

YO whats up? Wonderin if anyone has sent back any Scratch FS's for warranty? Mine are cracked at the tips (like the pressure crack shit) and the edge is bustin through the base at the tip also. Anyone know if they will waranty these?

yeah you will more than likley get a new pair, rossi is great with their warranty.

yea, i had the same sort of problem, the tip delaming about 1/4 inch below the tip, they sent me a brand new pair of the 04's.

i couldnt send back my dynastars and they had the same problem

Ya about a 1/4 of an inch down that is what is happenin to mine. Sweet so they sent you that black an yellow ones? How long did it take? Thanks....peace

 
warranties are awesome. i busted my rossi pow'airs and they sent me some new scratches. make sure you send them through a direct rossignol dealer though, or it might take a while to get your new boards.

 
dynastar does not give warranties. they are jews. but yeah rossi is awesome, but make sure they don't have any rail marks, sometime they won't warranty if they look beaten on rails.

Yeah I got my 'Scratch' from breakin the 'pow airs' in half. Its a sweet deal but I would rather have skis that dont break.

 
yea, i work at a rossi dealer so that prolly helped a little too. i sent them out on a monday and recieved them the fallowing thursday, cuase the vermont distarbution piont is only about an hour away from the shop i work at. pretty good, 3 day turn around.
