Anyone ridden 2005 MNPs?

I've seen lots of pics of people riding the chronics... but I don't know of many people riding the 2004/2005 Line Mike Nick Pro 178cm skis. Basically, I just wanna ask for anyone on here who have ridden them:

Where is the recommended mounting position?

How are they in deep snow?

I won't have the opportunity to demo so I'm asking here.

Im so buying those skis. They are sick sick sick.

I haven't ridden them. But i was told that the mouting possition is the same distance from the center as the old MNP 171's

I tried the pollards but I don't really want them that long. I was thinking of a 185 ARV but still wanna keep it around the 178 - 182 range. The MNPs fit right in there.

My friend's pollards were accidentally center mounted.... the front was the same length as my ARVs... but the tail end was soooo long.

i skied the 05 skogens last year and they are sick skis, im like 5'10 and i had no problem handling them, i skied glades groomers, and park and they were sick all around skis, the mike nicks just have a different flex so i doubt the ski can be that different, i loved the skogen so you would definitely like the mike nick
