Anyone punched out FT boot?

I want to punch out a FT boot for a navicular bone. The plastic seems pretty thick and close to moving parts. Wonder if these boots are capable of this or anyone has successfully done this.

You can punch FTs but might be hard to punch where you want cuz the tongue sorta gets in da way

You're good as long as the stretch location isn't directly on a hinge or the closure system.

The shells are head moldable too. Did you bake the liner? I was actually just talking with [tag=154780]@tomPietrowski[/tag] about this. Tom can yoI weigh in here?

I haven’t baked them yet, but I will be doing so. But I have a bone on inside of left foot that always needs a punch. I’ve done it on other boots but these FT the boot plastic seems thicker and more moving parts that are very close

If you bake the shells, be sure to use something to pad out your navicular. The bigger you can make it, the more space you can potentially get!

You can punch for navicular, but be sure to get the shell pretty hot and start small. Wear gloves and hold the edges of the shell in place if they start to kink and get out of shape.
