For a lot of people? you mean midgets and 14 year olds? yah probably, but for the rest of the population its a good size.

dude, if you get $450 for those im gonna break your legs....

you can build a thousand bridges, but you suck one dick and your known as a cocksucker.. not a bridge builder.

apE

i was gonna buy them and give my other ones for my brother but your price is too much, if you get desperate pm me man.

i was going to go for a quad daffy but i was like, why huck? -mommy

For $350 you can go to D-Structure and have your choice of like 10 different skis.

better to burn out...

...then fade away

...a good selection of Troublemakers, Lines, and Rossis suck. Sure they do bud.

350 isn't totally unreasonable. If somebody's in the market for them you might get a taker.

He doesnt have to sell them for that if there was a reserve that was higher. If there was no such reserve, that's breach of contract, it's a civil offense. Read the ebay seller's agreement.

1. I hope you're ready to make that statement under oath,

2. When you lose the lawsuit, you'll still owe him the value of a new pair of skis, plus hhis legal fees. So I also hope your parents have some spare cash.

I hate kids who try to gyp their way out of ebay sales.

What you did was illegal.

what ebay is doing is illegal, it is forcing buisness unto one another, and is breeching the constitution. Forcing someone to sell something that they changed thier mind on is not free enterprise, and i also reserve my right to refuse buisness to anyone with just cause.

no what we have is a contract, your breaching the contract, you put the skis up saying that you agreed to have them sell for at least $250, the skis sold, you said no, thats a civil offense. Ebay is not forcing you to sell the skis, you agreed to sell the skis on ebay. You should have read the user agreements that they provided to you before you put your item up for auction.

Wow... what an idiot. No, the user agreements do not break the law anymore than a regular auction. Once you put the item up for sale in an auction, you've already sold it. Your contract is: 'I will sell this item to whoever will give me the most for it'.

do you not understand, even though i havnt paid its still a breach of contract.

I once bought a laptop, and as the guy was packing it for shipping, he dropped it and broke the screen. This was fine, he proved the damage occurred, we just discussed it and came to an alternative arrangement. He was an honest seller, who didn't want to ship me damaged merchandise.

We know you didn't lose the skis. I'll give ridetweaks an affidavit with reference to the fact, if he wants it. It'd take me about 30 seconds. I bet he could get one out of a dozen other people. Therefore, you have to produce them.

Did you mitigate it? if you just go in and say that you're young and stupid and poor they will usually cut your ticket in half, its well worth the time.

you can build a thousand bridges, but you suck one dick and your known as a cocksucker.. not a bridge builder.
