yea, I'll be in town till mid-april, so I can fully dedicate myself to the 6 month lease no problem (i presume you're saying move in on nov 1st)...
'cause here's the thing, I'm depending on my friend Nate (and for anyone from whistler on here who might know Nate - big guy, blonde hair, kinda dirtbagish) and he's not the most reliable person in the world so I might be left homeless.
I'm in Ontario till October 21st than I'm commin' back to town so yea...
