Anyone make hats/mitts?

all you girls knitting/crocheting girls out there, i need a hat and mittens for my kit this winter:

any ideas on something to go with that? Maybe a purple one just cause thats the helmet, but maybe like a purple/mellow-yellow striped hat? if anyone's got a vision for this one just let me know what it costs and we'll work it out. thanks yall
