Anyone Looking for a Roomate in Vancouver?

thought I would toss this out in the regional because May 1st is comin up
My lease in Kerrisdale is up and im looking for a new place to live, anyone have an open room or want to split a place? Im looking to move in May 1st and would rent short or long term (ideally long term if things work out). I go to UBC and am in whistler/squamish/shore frequently so I really want to live with people that bike/ski as well to split gas $$. I ski about 40 days in the winter and dh/shuttle almost every other day in the summer.

I may need a new roommate. Decent basement suite, near UBC, $450 a month. I don't know if my current roommate is moving out or not though (depends on which job he gets)
