Anyone lonely skiers?

im like the only kid in my small town that freeskis, or the only one that does seriously, it sucks. no one to talk to about skiing, get stoked for skiing with, and it makes me jealous of the lifestyle thing, like i just watched cosco's summer edit thing with him and matt and mike, and its like well this sucks look at all the fun theyre having year round and here all i get to do is meet them at a comp or 2 during the season then its back to the prairies.
 
that's why u try to convert ppl into freeskiing...there's only a handful of ppl that ski but dont FREEski..rest of 'em snowboard..lol
 
i have a few people from my town on ns, alot ski, but im one of the only ones my age that do, but alot board
 
6 including me at the highschool right now

3 that graduated that do. not bad for a school that has 350 kids haha.
 
haha word dude, use NS and you'll meet lots of friends.

i use to ski alone or with my dad at SR, then i met some niggas and my skiing experiance blossomed.
 
i haven't ridden with a skier i know for about 5 years, all my friends board and my girlfriend boards.
 
I was the first, then my friend Ben got into it, but he sucks in the park. I coverted one kid.

Theres a ton of kids that suck at snowboarding and think that all skiiers are gay in my school, but then theres 3 REALLY good boarders in our school, one of which is my cousin, so went w. him a lot this year.
 
yep 350 kids in our highschool...its okay cause i mean, i can name all of them besides the 9th graders coming up. but that sometimes sucks too...
 
word to that. i remember last year there was like like 5 inches of snow (east coast jeaaa) and it was still 9 in the morning and there was some snowboarders and a skier and they wanted me to go in the park w. them...but instead i just wanted to rip up the whole boot buckle high- 5 inches of pow for a couple runs by myself
 
we've got a good crowd- at my highschool there are like six kids taht are legit at parkin my grade, and another say four that arent in my grade taht ski really good
 
i know like 3 kids and some boarders and my science teacher took me off the backside once and we ripped some way gnar pow
 
I was the only skier in one of my groups of friends that i usualy ride with now 4 out of 6 of them ski.
 
I got one kid but he sucks and I don't like to ski with him cause he's kind of a gaper. I got 2 boarder friends who are fun to roll with sometimes, but I'd rather ski by myself that way I don't have to wait for anyone or shit like that.
 
There's just me in my village, and some priss of a nanny that snowboards, then in the next village is my best mate who freeskis (mainly freeride though)
 
i dont know anyone other than me and my bud that ski in my town. it kinda sucks, everyone at m school boards and thinks skiing is for pussy faggots, like were stuck in the 80s or somethin. super gay
 
nah everyone, boarders included, seems to respect the freeskiers - mainly cos when we go on holiday as a group, me and my mate are the only skiers in the group that'll hit stuff other than just the pistes.
 
I ride alone alot, I used to ride with a bunch of peeps but when you're alone you get to ride where you want when you want work on whatever you want crank the tunes and not have to wait for people or play catch up. but it is more fun to ride with buddies.
