Does anyone know someone who works at Surface skis. If you konw Micheal Schneider that would be best.

Basically I bought a t-shirt off of them like 2 months ago. They put something on their blog about needed new presses and selling 7 shirts for 100 bucks. I couldn't afford that so I bought some green shirt for 30 bucks. Expensive but I like to support smaller companies.

Anyway I didn't get it right away so I emailed Surface and Micheal got back to me saying he was at the Masters, forgot, sorry, he'll send it out today. That was about a month ago and I've sent a couple e-mails to him and have gotten no response. I'm just curious if anyone knows why this would happen. Any help would be great, thanks.
 
Yeah I paid through paypal and already paid my credit card bill. So I just have to wait I guess. There's gotta be a reason. Surface is one of the most legit companies out there.
 
this happened to my friend with his skis too. just keep nagging him and they'll send it. also, shoot skibum27 a pm and he can give you phone numbers for surface people. that might be more effective than emails.
 
Maybe he got a new email or something. I'm not concerned or anything. It's only money. Like I said just kinda wondering whats going on with it.
 
im sure hes just extremely busy, but keep at it. find a phone number and try to get a hold of him that way.
 
weak customer service. if i dropped 30 on a tee and didnt get it after a month id be pissed. it may be money to you but maybe youre just rich not everyone can just give up 30
 
Nah I wish I was rich. I'm jobless and spending too much money on weed. So I'm in a constant state of being broke. If it was a bigger company I'd be bitching them out. But it is kinda bogus they don't have their shit together. When I bought a shirt from EC headwear (gotta support the grassroots) it came right quick.

There's just gotta be a reason and someone who knows Micheal
 
Yeah try this out, and even if Mike is not there most everyone who works there is on the Surface team and they will get the message to Mike or you could just ask them the next day he works and call then.
 
*Update

Got a PM from some dude named Ian saying he was gonna have a friend see Mike and ask "whats up". So we're making progress! And remember people, no way is this a slight against Surface. Their shit is sick and people should keep buying from them. I'm confident this is a one time fluke and will be corrected. So support those sick companies that truly love skiing like we do.

It sucks I have to write this but even after I was promised another shirt it still never came. I sent them an email telling them the second didn't come and I have not gotten any response in weeks. I used to think Surface was an extremely legit company but after all of this I just don't know...
 
Yeah I really thought it was just a fluke and the post office messed up and Surface was super busy. Now that it happened a second time I think I must have just been scammed or something. I'm at a total loss for answers at this point.
