Anyone know of any good Hurricane Irene victim charity/donation things?

Hello, my high school ski team raised a little over $1000 through a ski movie premier and we would like to donate it to help the Hurricane Irene victims in VT. If anyone knows of any good orginaztions please post in this thread.

I'm not sure the exact charity it goes to, but a few months back Killington Resort hosted an online auction to raise money for a long farm/cause. I'd look into that.

Yeah, our friends could use the help. There is a lot of news on Vermont, but not as much about us in the adirondacks ( although I think we actually got more rain... ) . This link is to our friends whos house was trashed by the flood
