Anyone Know how to MAKE ski wax?

I just ran out of wax and it is EXPENSIVE! Anyone know any info on how to make your own?

I searched the internet and some of the explanations are pretty complicated.

I know it has something to do with paraffin and some other ingredients.

Any info at all?

or maybe where to get some dirt cheep no name brands?

Try going to your local ski service shop and asking to buy a big block of universal.

I have like 5 big blocks of swix universal and it cost all of 50 bucks.

tbf unless your racing universal is fine.
