Anyone know how to farm watermelons?

me and my dad are convinced there is some black blood in our family because we both LOVE watermellon. he buys whole watermellons regularly and we devour that shit
 
I just don't get it that's all. Why perpetuate a stereotype like that when it's obviously a wrong one? I feel it does no good at all and just makes you look stupid in the end. Who knows maybe I'm just over reacting but certain stereotypes like all black people like chicken or watermelon get to me when I know all they were created for was just to be ignorant.

Most everyone loves chicken and watermelon. And singling out a people for something everyone does seems useless and stupid. All it does is divide people even more than they already are.
 
quit being a wuss, it was a harmless statement. The reason an old stereotype like this perpetuates is because black comedians have used it to earn a living, and in the process, have made it really funny to do so.
 
If you plant mini-melons, put the fruit inside the squares in a cinder block to make mini-rectangle-melons. A full sized melon might require you to build a wooden frame to fuck with the shape.

Hurry up and plant them, the planting season is winding down.
 
I just know a lot of black people who really wouldn't appreciate people using that joke. Some guys might laugh, but others get kinda pissed.
 
Yeah, but it's also just really old. Like c'mon. When was the last time you sincerely laughed at a black person-watermelon joke? It's just not needed.
