Anyone know anything about an Xbox portable?

i would say 1 analog stick with a d-pad on the left side, another on the right, which can also act as a mouse/trackball, qwerty key, regular xbox style butons, wi-fi, video, music, email/IM, live. and it look like a DS, but better. a must for me is Halo. cant live without that.

the layout could be kind of a cross between a sidekick and the xbox controller.. screen in middle, dpad and thumbstick on left, also start/select, on right of screen you would have other thumbstick and rgby buttons, and the screen could either slide or flip up for a keyboard
