Anyone know about Volkl warranty?

A pair of Vs got busted this year and I'm hoping to warranty them for some new Vs or V-Pros hopefully... does anyone have any experience with Volkl warranty, how long it takes and what they'll hook you up with?

my friend has destroyed two pairs now. They were really cool about the first pair, sent a new pair of v's right away, even though it was summer when he did it. Now those are busted too (delamed and the tip virtually fell off) and he's trying to get those warrantied. If youre within a year youll be fine.

i didn't have any problem...although my coach brought them to the factory and got a new pair...hmmmmmm...
