Anyone here got a Nintendo DS?

yeah u can play with ppl who have a ds if they are less then a room away. the wifi doesnt connect u to ppl all over just ur friends who have a ds and are sitting right next to you.
 
both the DS and PSP have wifi, i've worked on games for both systems.

nintendo is super gay about it though, everything is designed for 10 year olds. You can't search for friends or anything on there unless you exchange "friend codes" in person, and no text chat is allowed.

plus the DS sucks unless you have super small hands - i can't play more than 10 minutes of mario kart ds without my hands cramping up. good thing i don't really like to play games anyway. but i'd reccomend a PSP if you're choosing.
 
i have a psp, and my sister has a ds, and personally, the ds is cooler for games, but the psp is good for music, photos,and downloadable games/apps.
 
i just picked up a ds lite the other day, after having a PSP, and this thing is fucking awesome.

NSMB is the best mario game ever, period.

Nintedo WiFi is fucking mint too.

nintendo = kiddie games

psp = dvd's & real games

both = lame, meaning you have no friends and no life outside the video game world.

how about a sport, or some friends to go have fun?

 
um just because you play videogames doesnt mean that you dont have a life.. i mean what do you do in long car rides and stuff?
 
I dont go on long car rides, I fucking fly.

if i do its all music and bong hits.

having a blast with friends.

stopping to grill out.

getting trashed.

maybe a crossword = learning and extending your vocab

so as you can see, there are many other things to do.
 
but who the hell is on long car trips everyday... u will use that maybe 2 times a year for car rides.
 
and what you have no school? so u travel 3 months of the year.

you cant drive, so your never driving.

hence if a long trip is in effect here we switch drivers and shit
 
well thats great but you have to admit that you have atleast played videogames before, or on your computer you hav eplayed
 
wow what do people have against the ds, its way cheaper then psp, is more progressing, and has more games and better games... the only good game for psp is gta liberty city stories
 
d-loc, chill. if the kid is interested in a video game, let the kid play a video game. to each their own.
