Anyone heard of Sea Punk?

Just found this song the other day and I think, it's literally the catchiest thing ever, the artist, "Unicorn Kid" has called this genre of music sea punk

Uhhhh woah..... I definatley see why its called "Sea Punk" but kinda weird. I think you need to be playing wii sports resort to enjoy this.......

I think it's pretty obvious its not punk music, no one has really made music like this and the guy is claiming his own genre
 
I don't know much about electronic music, but it sounds pretty much like everything else to me, except for the beginning. Just sounds like a unique "song" not an entire genre. That's just my uneducated opinion though.
 
that just makes me think of japan. that is the most japanese sounding shit i maybe have ever heard.

I opened it in a new tab and accidentally had it playing twice slightly staggered...It was nauseating

I listened to it again and it isnt bad
