Anyone have a Sony A6300?

Just trying to see some sample skiing/snowboarding images from a A6300... I currently have a 5D M3 but would love to get something a little smaller for carrying everywhere and skiing. Wondering how they compare. I've done a bunch of research online but haven't been able to locate any ski photos from the a6300. Let me know if you have any opinion!

I assume its fine. Its another sony camera with high frame rate so it will capture the tricks and photos fine as long as you get the exposure

Hey man, some people say the A6300 has a gnarly rolling shutter. Do you notice it when editing that often in follow cam or glide cam work?

I don't notice it at all. I think it's mostly just a problem shooting 4k and I tend to shoot mostly high frame rate 1080 rather than 4k. The 4k I have shot I don't notice it much but I haven't done much rough glidecam 4k work. If you are shooting skiing though you probably won't even use 4k much because most of the time you're gonna want some slomo potential.

awesome. thank you. that's how I shoot on dslr currently and love the convenience. do you overheat or is that mostly an issue in 4k?

I think it's mostly a 4K issue but even shooting 4K it has only overheated once and that was when in was shooting in whis skate park for like 3 hours straight and it was like 35 degrees celcius

What is your workflow like? I don't know where to start with these sony codecs.
