So at the end of last winter my car got broken into and they stole my boot bag (boots, helmet, goggs) which contained my 2011 Salomon SPK pro (the yellows) boots that Ive been riding close to 500 days, changed the heel piece and the quick lace to be able to keep em all these years.

It's crazy when I wear my Atomic hawk 110 how bad it hurts when i do a simple 360...

.............Its the toe bangs, I got used to the rubber and now I cant go back ....

Help me I need to ride park this summer to keep living in the past and continue what Ive been doing ok the last decade instead of being forced at touring.

Yeah there's still a few of you that won't move on from the SPK. Hell, even Oystein Braten had me and his coach piecing together old pairs for years. Eventually he went to a reputable boot fitter and found something that works for him, I suggest you do the same.
 
I think most people who still have them are in the same mind as you...they don't want to ski anything else.
 
For years I only skied the SPK. I thought it was the best boot ever, I was wrong. Go get fitted in some modern boots and have your mind blown how much better you can have it.
