Anyone had experience filing a paypal claim?

its bullshit, i tried to transfer money into my paypal account and they said it went through and everything but there was no money in my account, but it wasnt in my bank either.. so i tried to get them to fix it and i got one email that sounded extremely generic and didnt even address the problem and then no matter how many times i emailed them they never responded. i hate paypal.

but im guessing your talking about against another person and i havnt done that..
