I skied my 05-06 STLs for the first time ever last monday and they FUCKING DELAMMED THE FIRST GODDAMN DAY. I didn't hit anything even big at all cuz the park at beaver creek wasn't built yet, I was just skiing around...wtf? so I have to go through a bunch of shit with trying to get a warranty replacement and they havent answered my emails and I cant find a number on their website, can someone help me out please?!

im guessing youve already read this but if you havnt you may find what you are looking for. i didnt read the whole thing but im sure there is something there that will help you. and i hear that 4frnt isnt to good with warantees and such.

they have no contact info anywhere on their site? i find this hard to believe, i'm gonna go scope it out though cuz some companies do just plain suck at customer service...

wow that's weak. looks like your best bet is to go to "company" in that bar and write them an email under 'customer service' and see if they can hit you back with a phone number. If that doesn't work were did you buy the skis from? I'd bet anything that any 4frnt dealer will have some sort of phone number to contact them with.

4frnt warranty? good fucking luck, you're gonna need it. They're terrible at dealing with warranty skis, which isn't so good when so many end up going back.

Hey, I wouldn't get too stressed if they're not respondin. Bear in mind it is the holidays and they are a small company.

Also, they're probably not going to be in office from now til late Jan because of the comp season...I tried to order skis from them a few years ago at this time and had toruble because of that reason.

I wouldn't stress yet. Remember they are a small company and most of the guys running it are out skiing half the time. I'm sure you'll get your skis replaced, just have to be a bit patient with them.

yeah, I remember in the summer there was some serious hate going on between a customer and 4frnt on ns. At one of the camps in whistler a skier wanted to ask matt sterbenz about warranty and he was a complete dick about it. Granted matt was teaching campers for his job, but you dont just blow off a valid customer like that, especially just a kid who has a question. And because of this I will never purchase any 4frnt product.

yeah. 2 seasons ago my msp's were h-core breaking up. like the edge was separating from the ski, and the tails were delamming. i tried to warranty them through the rep during regular season, but it would have taken forever to send them away and get new ones, and they were also really had to deal with. i had to wait until i went to whistler and actually talk to matt and joe about getting new skis. they took a look and were actually really good about hooking me up with a new pair. i'm not trying to trash them or anything, but they need to get their act together with warranties. unless you actually confront them face to face, it's really hard to get answers. your best bet is to take your skis into a 4frnt dealer and get them to deal with it. you'll be out a pair of skis for at least a month though....

i've heard the complete opposite of that,i know of a kid who broke his 4frnts on his first run and sterbenz took the kid to his apartment and gave him brand new skis and bindings of his choice, and he laso offered to give a different kid brand new msps or stls if the kid gave him brand new troublemakers, so there are dfeinately different sides to the story
