Anyone getting new skis for the season?

I would think so. Most people would consider 90mm a good all around width for the East Coast. The blister review for this ski doesn't have much positivity for deeper snow. I know Jay can have some seriously deep days so you will notice the difference in 6"+ of snow compared to a wider more powder oriented ski.... Although it wasn't too long ago people were skiing powder in 70mm waist skis. It can be done. Just more effort is required to control the skis. As I said before, I used to take my full camber, basically shit for anything but park, Line afterbang skis all over the mountain. I started noticing issues at depths greater than 6", and at 12" they were quite difficult but still skiable and fun.

Just relax. Have fun. You'll be fine. If they get a freak dump and you see yourself skiing waist deep stuff, then get some wider demo rentals from the shop.

Thanks bud! I will

just wanna chime in that i agree 100%, that width will be fine for anything but a banger day and even then it'll be just fine. and those are some solid ass skis which will make for good chop/crud busting

Thanks guys! I can rest easy now.

Horribly distorted I had to angle it to get the whole ski. Pretty sure I know what center mounted is. Thanks though

unless your camera just horribly distorted the picture, those are definitely not center mounted
