this morning when i put my boot and the sides of my feet were killing. It has happened before too but not as bad as today. is it time for a new boot? should i not strap in as tight?

i have bone spurs on both sides. the best place on the planet is green mtn orthodics in stratton village. we drive from upstate ny just for a few hrs to get em done.

i had several foot issues with my new boots. As soon as i got fully custom footbeds, and shaped my liner to my foot it all went away. What i would suggest is:

- get new boots if your rocking old school ghetto ones

- defiantly go get custom foot beds. If you feet have stopped growing they last a long time.

Try getting foot beds (Like everyone else said, heh). Or you can try grinding out the spot where it hurts. Your boot might be putting bad pressure on your foot. If you're lucky, sometimes just putting on thinner socks helps.

I've tried all of the above and some days my feet still just ache. Boots suck. Too bad skiing isn't a bare foot sport.

ya i get a pian on the arch of my foot when i am doing backcountry and moguals and stuff. i really think i need inserts or something

i get this but im basically rocking race boots, trying to trade out from some softer, more relaxed park boots.

yeah i get that pain sometimes when i first put on my boots, but it goes away after a little. i have some arch problems, so yeah i would say custom insoles are a good idea.
