Anyone ever ride the line supernaturals??

ya it a gear thread i need to order some shit today for my trip

right now i ride the salomon twenty twelve 2012 171's and they my favorite ski i've ever had.

basically im in virginia so 70% of the year im riding on shit snow so i end up riding park and do some urban.

the other 30% im traveling out west when there is a big storm so i'm riding that fresh pow.

(i also do ski raciing but i dont give a fuck about that really)

so tldr i've heard good things about the supernaturals riding on groomers but hows your experience with them in the park because that is where i spend a majority of my time

thanks guys happy holidays and all that

Supernaturals are more of an all mountain ski than anything else. If you want line, blends are probably a better bet as they are also for all mountain but with a focus in the park.

Awesome appreciate the advice. Mans on the phone said he loved the supernaturals but it sounded like he mostly rides groomers. thing is supernaturals way cheaper on the evo site.hmmmm if any ya'll have some cool suggestions hmu before i go out to montana and co

especially if you know any ski that is similar to the line blend but a 2015 model because the 2016's are like $600 fuck im trying to spend 400

Yeah, there's a reason supernaturals are on evo while the blends are impossible to find at discount. The blends are a really popular ski with a great reputation but I'm sure if you look around for a couple days you'll find a pair for a decend deal.

I'll keep an eye out for you.

they're a pure freeride ski, full sidewalls, metal laminate directional shape and flex so definately NOT recommended for all terrain and freestyle so from what you're describing don't get the SN. It's a rad ski just not for what you're looking for. The Salo you had if memory is good to me is a full rocker 90-ish waist non-metal ski. Something closer to what you're looking is the Blend or Chronic. thanks and good luck! -jm

I have the blends and they are such a great ski in the park and out but the on thing is they don't have much in the way of rocker so if you want a more rockerd ski look at the k2 shreditors or moment skis or, on3p. If your heart is set on the blends I found mine last year for 350 on all ski barn (2012 model).

I will be trying out my supernatural 92 186's out this monday, the only adjustment is I'll be sacrificing the rails since the supernatural is not a park ski and has a flatter tail so Ill let you know how they ride.
