they're out of tahoe i think, drew tabke is one of the sponsored riders out of slc.

they were offering a sick pre-sale deal this year for $400 (200 in june, 200 in sept).

oh yea, i scored a pair.

Those do look sick. the ones with the Topographic map ( I think I heard it'd of the Wasatch) look sick.

their main model is basically a light spatula (fixing the main complaint with the spatula), i.e. reverse camber, reverse sidecut; the skis are bomber, amazing craftsmanship, and have real purdy topsheets.

I'm one of their two principle riders, so I might be just a little biased, but Praxis fucking rules.

I rode two of their models last year. The 185 reverse camber reverse sidecut ski (and now they are offering a 175 and a 195 of the same ski), and then a rockered 186cm twin, regular sidecut with a 103mm waist. They also have a 179 true-twin rockered center mount park ski that people really like.

Their graphics are sick, they are made in a garage by a couple of really cool guys, they are BOMBER, and the coolest part in my opinion is that they are really adaptable as a company. Unlike most bigger companies where you can't talk to anyone who makes any design/construction decisions, with Praxis (as with other small companies) you can talk directly to the people who design and make the skis, and they will actually listen to your ideas.

my friend lucas has a pair and he loves them. they stepped up there graphics i see. they were kind of ugly before. but i heard they ride really really nice

never even heard of them

but i remember wondering what skis people had on TGR

and you have answered my question

most custom made skis people know about are worth buying if they have a good repuation.

Igneous is almost unbreakable, kingswood is just badass with wood cores and the amount of work they put in, capital has a nice line for cheaper than normal custom skis, and praxis has such sick art and have great skis too.

They're an investment but I'm sure they're worth it. I plan to pick up a pair of kingswoods or iggys by the time I turn 18.

Lemme just say that Keith O'Meara, the main guy of praxis skis, is awesome. I live in the UK and was back home in the states for only two weeks and he wasn't able to send them to me while i was there, so he shipped them to me in the UK free of charge! Always emailed me back straight away if I had any questions as well. Sweet company!

Just got this years praxis in the post as well and they EFFING rock my face off. Next week I'll be taking them heli skiing in bella coola! OH YEEAH!

I think everyone should have a pair of these puppies for the big pow pow days.

holy shit those look sick, looks like a really sweet company and so sick the guy shipped them all the way over to here to the uk for you.

I've never had such great contact with a ski company. These guys will help you out no matter what AND their skis are top notch. best you can get for pow pow!
