Anyone ever make a fake seasons pass?

i have seen them around...someone on here actually who i met at my hill last season had one and it looked like he made it in about 3 minutes while he was drunk...basically just good enough to give a quick flash and then he was out. i had a good laugh though.
 
one time, i saw this kid with one- it was HORRIBLY done and he got away with it since people at my mountain dont check anyways
 
its worked for me my buddys will charge me like 5 bucks for a $400 seasons pass to the hill by my house, its worked the two past yrs even gets the hologram on it somehow
 
If you watch the wisp edit on roundtop riders thats me at the end right after i got busted using a day pass for the third day. I got a free pass through a promotion so that was november 25, then on the 26th i used sharpie to close the bottom of the 5 to 6. and on the 27th i used medical tape to make a 7 and it looked so horrible, and i got busted. but being legit i just told the dude i had to go and peaced it

at one of my local "mountains" (west "mountain") thay just charge you $5 for a new pass if you loose yours. i "lost mine twice to get my brother and his friend one

 
Why rip off your home mountain? IF everyone did that, you'd have nowhere to ski. Sack up and pay for it. Dont get all "your parents prob. pay for yours" because I dishwash for my shred money.
 
you could probably get away with it at my mtn, they never scan it, they just look at it for like 2 seconds and then your good
 
Look, I'm definitely not about making fake season passes, but don't think that the mountains make a huge profit off of season pass holders. The money comes from tourists, and it will always be that way. There are people that pay as much for two days of skiing as I pay for my entire season pass to Winter Park.

And about ripping off the mountain, most places don't deserve it, but some do. I may or may not do certain things to get free stuff at Vail. After the deal with viacom that put MTV on the mountain, I don't really care about squeeking out a little from Vail Resorts.
 
my parents buy me my season pass so i dont really need to fake one. but this year im gonna copy mine when i get it so if i get mine yanked ill have another
 
that wouldn't work at my mountain cause they scan you like everytime you go up the chairlift.
 
I've made a fake season's pass before for my friends. My original plan was to sell them but they were kinda sketchy and I just wanted to hook my friends up from time to time. They also dont really check passes where I ski and dont have scanners so as long as it looks somewhat legit. What you have to do is put cardboard behind it and make sure its in like a jacket pass pocket so its A:shiny and B: hard to see clearly.
 
You could make them pretty easy at my hill. all you need is a picture of your head a laminator and a piece of paper that says Wilmot Mountain and their logo. probably pretty easy

 
jea at my mountain, you can get away with no pass for a while, and then a fake pass would work fine, they dont scan
 
Never made a fake one but deffinatly lent my pass to buddys who didn't have them on days I couldn't make it to the hill.
 
few years back there was an inside job at snowbird, they were legit passes but sold under the table. snowbird had undercover cops come in and bust them, went to court the whole works.
 
Vail Resorts and Viacom went in on some kind of deal. Included in this deal is an MTV studio in the Eagles Nest at Vail and MTV concerts at Vail resorts, like Dashboard in Breck last winter.

I personally don't want MTV and the trash it brings with it at Vail. I don't really want them at any mountain, but maybe Keystone would have been a better choice ir Viacom and Vail wanted to work something out.
 
mine too!

lots of kids let other kids borrow their passes. when they get caught they're off for the season though.. although that usually only lasts like 3 weekends though.
 
I could get away with it at my mountian they hardly ever check and if they are go to difrent lift because the wont be checken there. I have never once been scanned either, but it doesnt matter cause I wok at my mountian
 
we don't have scanners at blue so it would work there but most of the time if your in the badlands they don't even check for a pass/sticker so fuck spending time making one just don't pay let the racers support our hill
 
we have scanners AND the fuckers ask you to take off your bandana even if it's icy and windy just to see if it's you on the picture

so me and my bro look exactly the same, so he has the super pass to winter park and copper, and i have the 5 mountain to keystone, breck, abasin, vail and beaver, and we can trade whenever since we look alike and know eachothers bdays and adresses. its sick
 
If u where a team jacket at my resort they dont ask for a pass i ahrdly ever carried mine around last season
 
almost. but since maybe like 1000 are made a year out of the millions of tickets bought i dont think it does shit
 
still extreamly hard... you could just cops some ones and photo shopt a legit picture of you on it and relaminate it
 
dont doo it... its a form of identy theft... with fedral charges....... for real.. when i was a lifty i busted 3 kids who made there own.... and they got fucked... i mean fucked... they got picked up the fbi....... and i got 200 bucks... so HAAAAAA......

but if you have the balls and the knowhow..... it could be done flawless lee
 
how is it a form of identity theft if its ur picture there with ur name...u can't steal your own identity.... i doubt fbi would get involved only the mountain security would do nething and probably ban you for life from the hill
 
when you sign for your season pass your siging a contract... in casue you fuck up you cant sue... by making a fake pass your making 1 a fake document using a legal guidelines..(aka area name and release on the back. so it does piss off the areas.. cause if you had a fake pass and broke your ass on the chairlift you could sue the area... it makes you huge liability.... 2.. any thing that has your name your john hancock and your face is condsidered a form of identifacation.. wich is illgal to make..

but as i said.. nothing is impossable...

i mean shit.. if i could do it and not get fucked... i would in a hartbeat..

but yeah... timberline is really really gay about shit like that....
