Anyone ever get caught with a fake ID

what happens if a store clerk thinks your fake is bullshit....do they call the cops or just not sell you the product?

mine says im 23 and doesnt really look like me, however ive been succesful with all my ilicit purchases
 
through reputation you should know where the liquor store duesch bags are. Often if you go to a poorer part of an area they won't do anything if they actually don't sell you the alcohol.

most likely they won't do anything. it happens all the time
 
ive had two taken away, i spent 2 hours in a cell for one time when they called the cops

and i got a couple of felonies for making fake ones too

so yea, its a crap shoot
 
I have had two people look at mine and realize it isn't me. Never got in any trouble, just told me to leave. Just be nice when they say no and most likely they should just let you walk out.
 
yeah they also snap them and hand them back and say dont do it again. my mate gots his snaped two weeks ago. iv never heard of the cops getting involved tho
 
at clubs, the bouncers get payed anywhere from $10 - $20 for confinscating a fake. in a liquer store, mostlikley they will either take it, or just not sell to you, but I really doubt they would call the cops, although they can if they want. sometimes there will be like undercover cops in the stores so be careful.
 
yea, there is a liquer store right near a trailer park in town where there have ben stabbings and shit and they dont check my id ever. there is this cool mexican dude who works there.
 
I made my fake... so its a picture of myself and i made it to the quality that i wanted it.. i have been going to the bar for a year now.. Im now 17.. and have never been questioned. All the bouncers and liquor store people know me now and dont even ask for it.. Wait till my real 19th b-day haha suckers!
 
if they question you, just be like nvm.

my parents found mine... i told them it was to buy rated R movie tickets
 
If you actualy get a fake made for you by the ideans on a reservation then you will never get cought unless a cop who knows you sees it or a cop checks it.
 
i've witnessed it, i walked into 7-11, and i heard the checkout lady repeatedly saying "sir, i can't accept this" and the kid saying "please, i'm in a real bind here"

i had to go back by the refrigirators because i couldnt help but laugh
 
i was a bouncer at a large club in college, we got paid 20 dollars under the table for every fake we confiscated. but the key is it is illeagle to confiscate a state issued document ( ID's fall under this catogory ) so if it is actually real and you the clerk could get into a lot of trouble. but if it isnt no harm no foul. the way we did it at the club, if wee thought or knew it was fake, we told the patron that we would call the cops to come verify the ID. at which point if it was fake the patron would normally either walk or run away (it was quite funny when they ran actually). if they stayed we would tell them the police are on the way. if they still stayed then we would actually call the police. ( we were pretty good in the 3 yaers i worked there there was only one time that when the police actually arived that the id was actually real and in that situation we the bouncers bought that patrons party thier first round)

to make a long story short if the clerk takes it, try to get it back but if that fails just walk away it wont go any further then the store.
 
becasue he is most likley going to use it again and wilol get caught and will be forced to pay the cops more $$///
 
I bounce at a bar, and we get 10 bucks for each ID we take. The trick is to try and have some form of backup with your name and photo on it or like credit cards with your name on it cause unless its a real bad ID we usually wont take one from someone with a backup. The only catch 22 is that if you have an ID made with your real name on it (so it matches your credit cards ect..) than you can get in trouble cause a lot of bars send confiscated cards to the cops
 
welll ive done about a day of research and have had first hand accounts of fake ids. i just got mine made up in toronto. its a fake vermont id card. its worked pretty well. if i get turned down they usually say we cant except outta state ids and like the kid said above itd be good to have something else with your name on it but if you get caught your fucked. i have yet to have it taken but i do know that if they take a nys license or state id then they have to call the cops. and its a felony if you have a fake id. with 1 year prob and comm. service. my friend had his taken away last night and ik if someone in town knows you and you try using a fake theyll take it. so you cant be dumb about it. i just use mine at college.
 
I have a really shitty fake I.D. and either they sell it to you or say sorry i can't sell it to you...its really not a big deal, it can't hurt to try just try until someone will sell it to you, and for clubs, some will be assholes and keep it but most will just give it back and say have a nice day or something, no one will ever call the cops your worrying about nothing, but then again I am from quebec and no one gives a shit about drinking laws...
 
haha i always got caught with my ID because it was complete shit. it was delamming haha.

they never took it away tho, they alawys told me to leave so we'd just go to another club.

and as for liquor stores, all the clerks who knew it were fake were just like "run!" or "i've seen a fake ID like this before.. but i'm no expert, go ahead"

One of my friends got caught last night. He walked out of a gas station with 4 12 packs and there was a cop outside. The cop asked him for an id and the only thing he had on him was the fake and some cash. He spent the night in jail, and they said that he was intending to distribute to minors since there was a chic in his car who was under 18. He has a court date next week and he will get at least 2 months of jail time, maybe more.
 
My friend (17) went into a store to buy cigars wit a fake I.D. saying he was 19. It had worked a bunch of times before. The lady asked him "his" birthdate and lisence # and he got said them, no problem. Then the lady said "nice try this is my nephew." and took it away. Nothing happened to the kid.
 
when i got kicked out of an O.A.R. concert for having a fake the Securtiy Guard Bent my ID so its got a huge crease in it now...anyway 90% of the bouncers at the clubs in Buffalo know that the out of state IDs are fake and most know where to get them in Toronto its kinda funny how many fakes are around
