i diditn have any breakfest, went to the highest part of copper(mountain chief) skied very hard for a couple hours and then at noon i puked for like 15 minutes i fucking collapsed on the hill, it is so shitty, i had to stop skiing at noon because i had absolutly no energy, im not askign for advice because i know i need to eat but i guess im just too excited in the morning to eat

just eat chocolate bars and fruits and you will get energy for skiing for couble of hours.

I can never eat breakfast as early as I leave for the mountain so I almost always have something like a powerbar or granola bar to eat when I feel ready to eat.

take a pack with you. so you can have a little snak on the first lift up n then more when you need it. just pack it with chocolate, fruit and coffey. thats what i do and it helps alot!

yea, one of my friends told me that in bigger mountains out west they threw up because of the high elevation, but i liv ein new jersey, but is that true that you throw up a lot? is it normal for that to happen?

Dude you have to eat something or drink a lot of water...you were probably dehydrated out of your fucking mind.

yea, once i decided to skip lunch cause it was a really fun day and, while there was only one run open, i thought it would be worth it. so yea that didnt work out. around 2.30, my stomach pretymuch turned inside out and every bump it hit hurt like hell. then i ate like a sanwich chips a candy bar and drank a sobe and 15 min. later i was fine

but yea, just eat breakfast. i usually just get a bowl of cereal, or pop tarts or something, then eat an early lunch to advoid crowds.

Happened once on a powder day where I slept for 2 or 3 hours the night before, drove 2 hours and didn't really eat, puked and almost fainted getting off a lift, not fun.

i eat cereal b4 i leave my house, this is at like 5:30 in the morn, i get up at 5:45 for school so im pretty used to eating early, and then i leave at 6 and drink a gatorade while on my 2 hour drive up to the mtn
