Ok i bought some bindings from him and after over a couple weeks when i still havent got them i pm him asking where my skis are. He replys with this:

in the process of boxing them up. sorry i completley forgot about them.

He then signed off immediately. i sent him a couple other pms right after his reply and he signed back on the next day and all my pms say unread still. then he hasent signed in since then. I want to know if anyone of you have done business with him before if you got your item you paid for. i paid him with paypal. it just all seems a little weird to me.
 
i bought those urban AR5's off of him like 3 weeks ago and they came in within 5 days... hopefully it all works out for you man
 
You definitely shouldn't worry about it. From past experience selling things I forgot to send stuff out because I was busy/lazy/forgot. There was a thread on TGR about someone wanting a refund for thier skis and esuskee refunded them, so I'm sure he'll own up to his transactions. Just give it another 1-2 weeks.
 
i bought some crowbar lens's from him and they got here in like 2 days,+came w/ tons of stickers and what not. you should be fine just give him a little while if it takes like a month just start asking for a refund.
 
i got an oakley jacket from him....when i sent hime the money it took a little while. i thinks hes just forgetful....just relax he will get it to you.

he's in school has mad shit he's selling, it's hard to keep track of sales via pm's and remember that e=mc^2. he'll pull through for you.
 
i was about to make a thread about exactly the same thing...i bought some pants off him a few weeks back and have sent him pm which is still unread. didn't wanna call him out jus wanted to know if he's legit and if i should worry or not. good to hear all the above responses but would still like my oants asap so if anyone knows him could you remind him....?!
 
hes probably a pretty busy guy, i dunno.

I bought some poles off him and it took slightly longer than the average seller who ships stuff out 1 or 2 days after recieving money. Communication was fine tho and it would be a bitch to find a box for poles, legit from my experience

 
well im pissed still because it was alomst a month ago i paid him and i could have bought different bindings in town the next week from someone i know. and we were getting dumped on last couple weeks and all i had to use my center mounted 78 underfoot tms for charging the steep and deep. when i could have bought the bindings in town from my friend and been using my fatties. it sucks but and i am not happy with him, but i am glad that it looks like he is legit.
 
I don't care how busy someone is.

If someone is prepared to sell something and take someones cash for it, then they should be prepared to promptly ship it. If they can't, then say so before they take the cash.

I work full time, study full time and if I sell something, depending on the time of day it is out the same or next day - no excuses. ever.

It really isn't difficult to pack something up and go to the PO.

People that take over a week to ship something because they are "Busy" need to re-asess how legit they really are as a seller, because taking a week to send a box isn't legit.

I really don't see being busy as an excuse. Packing something up and sending it really isn't a big deal.

It doesn't matter how busy you claim to be, as a seller you're obligated to ship ASAP. Waiting a month to ship something is complete bullshit, and probably one of the reasons he's already been banned from here several times. I've had stuff sell on days I know I'm going to be pulling an all-nighter, but I still manage to get out and ship it because it only takes 20 minutes to go down to the post office and back. There's no reason to buy from someone full of lame ass excuses when you can get the same thing from a reputable source that will actually get shit done.

fuck this dude. i just got my 90 bucks back which is good and a note that just said sorry from paypal from him. this is fucking bullshit, i needed those bindings and turned down another deal right after i bought them. now i doubt ill get to use my Rorys again before the season ends.

gotta bump this thread cos the pants i bought off esuskee got here today having been stuck in US/Canada customs for a month. He sent them when he said he did but they just took ages to get here.
