Anyone else upset, the seasons coming to an end?

I'm kinda pissed. Its the first day of march. Ski season is practically over here in jersey. All the snow is melting.
 
well, ive still got a trip to tahoe ahead but the forcast is pretty much saying rain every few days from now on where i am so it just means that im gunna use every last bit of snow to its fullest then be bored until next november or whenever the snow comes back, if you think about how much or little season is left it will be gone before you know it, so just ski like crazy.
 
utah is still going strong, im not to worried about the season, i think we have some good weekends left.
 
i'm actually glad it's ending. I didn't ski a single day this year. Blew my knee like a week before ski season on a lame rail. Pretty soon I'll at least be able to do some mellow mt biking and then in august i head to NZ. Things can only be better than the past couple months.
 
word. it got up to like 60 here (Maryland) the other day and was sunny and everyone started rocking the boardshorts and flip flops. it was so nice. but yeah def still tryin to hit up the slopes some more.
 
the east had the worst season ever. the park got reasonable only in like the end of febuary and now its all guna melt
 
storm tonight, im trying not to think about early april, thats usually when mt snow calls it quits. but the next few weekends are always my favorite in terms of weather.
 
I skied 38" of powder today and the good terrain at my mountain opens tomorrow, so I'm not really thinking about the end of the season yet. Maybe in a few more days when it gets warm I will be.
 
im kinda looking forward till summer and i have a mountain open till july 4th so i still got alot of days left
 
happens every year nothin i can do about but doesnt stop me from being depresed watching all the snow melt

trip out to Utah in April then the seasons over. But soon enough summer and surfing begins to occupy my mind. then we enter September and skiing is back on my mind. its a circle. enjoy it while you can. what happens to this forum in the summer?
 
i got one more weekend in stowe, then a trip to jackson, and then a comp. Then im done. I dont want it to end
 
i have one weekend (this weekend). then like 10 days of riding my local resort (march break) then like 2 more weekends hopefully. depends when blue mtn and mslm are open til

but ya, i always get really bummed at the end of the season, but the summer is pretty damn fun tooo, so i'm not too sad.
 
Mt. hood Meadows, OR has over 13 feet of snow, as of today, the most we've had all year.
 
NO ONE WANTS TO HEAR THIS THREAD RIGHT NOW. i live in downstate new york and its been snowing almost everyday and were expecting a big storm tonight and tommorow so my season is going untill then end of april when the mountain closes then im off to HOOD
 
move to BC you noobs. The end is not in sight. It has been snowing like crazy every day for the past week.5 I honestly think that with the base we have out here it could last till late may/ early june
 
if u live in the west, you have bo right to complain. my mountain in southern ny (thunder ridge) will be closed in a week if this rainstorm fucks it up. the snow is already brown slush with bear spots
 
Im skiing 6 days in utah, then Im done, but i've had a relatively good ski season. It could have been a lot better though.
 
im pissed the season is coming to and end but this winter did have a couple moments like my week in vail and the four feet of snow in vermont on valentines day but while im upsett i wont being skiing in another month im kinda excited that it is now biking season and i get to that untill it snows again
 
Im not going to be completly bummed when the season ends because of my tramp,and we're getting a lot of snow right now. But when the season ends I will miss skiing
 
winter isn't almost over, as far as i'm concerned it's just getting started... here in central new york there's still plenty of snow, there will be skiing well into april all over the east coast, you may have to travel for it but it will be worth it
 
EXTREMLY ANGERY/SAD i only have 15 days left, if i go 3 days a week. and i miss the last two weekends for florida :( oh and thats only if our snow holds out.
 
my hill closes on march 11th... the park was legit for like a month and a half ... i still managed to learn a shit load of stuff in the park tho... i guess it could have been worse... im still pumped for the little amt of days we have left... i will shread it for all its worth... then, rollerblading will consume my mind...
 
haha word. all the rain we got was like 12" an hour north of here. how lame. hopefully cade didn't get buckets of rain.. thats the last thing they need while setting up for the MWO.
